We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Administrator & Stores Person to join a successful expanding UK wide company.

 

Ideal Workshop Administrator and Stores Persons will have:

• Must have good organisational skills (documentation, filing, etc)
• Time served in stores / workshop admin role.
• Experienced in spare parts sourcing & supply to engineering team.
• Able to think ‘outside the box’ re: component sourcing.
• Must be computer literate – good Microsoft package skills – a knowledge of fleet master (specialist fleet database software) is a bonus.
• Must hold a full driving licence.

Roles and responsibilities of this role as a Workshop Administrator and Stores Person include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for sourcing & issuing parts as required, placing orders with suppliers via the fleet master system.
• Processing of staff time sheets & job cards.
• Booking & processing of customer MOT’s & associated documentation.
• Responsible for the filing and audit of all vehicle maintenance documentation.
• Process warranty claims and the warranty returns processes.
• Organise & manage the stores for ease of location and stock counts.

This is a permanent position for the successful Workshop Administrator and Stores Person, with an immediate start.
