We are presently looking for the following roles:-
Trainee / Senior Consultants: The consultants role is a complete 360 degree process beginning with the research for the companies and decision makers with recruitment requirements, raising and understanding their job vacancy requirement, the sourcing of appropriate candidates, the co-ordination of interviews, the supporting of candidate and client during the period where start dates and contracts are arranged and finally the maintenance and expansion of the client relationship.
Business Development Manager: BDMs are usually experienced professionals within their chosen sector with a wealth of experience in working with shop floor and management personnel. Their overall remit is to expand existing business while at the same time establishing new key accounts.
Resourcers: One of the most time consuming and demanding aspects of the recruitment process is the resourcing of appropriate candidates for a client’s vacancy. A resourcer must be able to challenge, query and ascertain that candidates are an accurate match for both the client’s job criteria and aspirations in order to put forward that candidate to the interview stage, prior to being accepted for a vacancy. Thus, forensic interviewing skills and observation techniques play a pivotal role in this essential task.
