The experienced Stores Person must be familiar with collecting and distributing parts throughout a large workshop.

The daily tasks and responsibilities for the successful Stores Person include, working from a long list of required parts, which make up the engines of buses, the hydraulic pipes; all aspects of bus manufacturing. All of these parts must be collected correctly and put into stillages.

It would take about a day and a half for the successful Stores Picker Packer to collect all the needed parts for one bus.

A lot of the parts look VERY similar to the untrained eye. There are a variety of pipes etc, which can only be identified as the correct one, by their code. This means that we are looking for an experienced Stores Picker Packer, who can pick up small, detailed differences very quickly.

This is an on-going contract; there is lots of work available currently so it is looking to be a long term position for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Person who has previous experience of working within a manufacturing / engineering / automotive environment.
