Due to continued expansion in the UK, my market leading client is seeking to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator to plan & co-ordinate their Field Service Engineers & After-Sales personnel.
Candidates should come from a Diesel Engine / Diesel Generator or similar industry and ideally have previous diesel aftermarket exposure.

The role will involve internal technical training of After-Sales staff and the co-ordination of Field Service Engineers covering the UK. Candidate should possess strong English language skills and be accustomed to acting as the point of contact for customers and clients seeking clarity on After-Sales queries. With this in mind, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for preparing maintenance contacts for Service & Parts coupled with Life Cycle cost quotations.
The position will require someone to travel throughout the UK to various companies & sites within the rail, CHP (combined heat & power), power generation, marine & yacht industries to meet & greet customers and service engineers as required.
