You will be able to work efficiently on a diverse range of tasks and be able to prioritise workload effectively. You will possess good interpersonal skills and be able to develop ongoing working relationships throughout the business and with suppliers and customers. You will have good knowledge of MS Office including Project and Excel and ideally will have knowledge and experience of using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, although full training will be given.
Working within the Project Management and Commercial Department, you will assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of major projects. Liaising with various departments across the business, you will administer and resolve project related issues in terms of costs and timescales and monitor and report on project status.
You will liaise with customers from project inception through to order delivery and keep them updated on progress and any issues arising.
Following a period of sustained growth we are seeking Project Co-ordinators. You will be educated to degree level and/or have previous experience gained in an engineering environment. This role could suit an Engineer, Technician or Graduate looking to move into the Project Management field.
