Our clients compnay was  founded over 20 years ago and due to expansion they are now looking for a temporary production manager .They Specialise  in the production of long life jiuces including dairy products and have several outlets throughout Saudi Arabia.

 Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for the upgrading of the Production activity. (Vast experience will be required within the production of juice).  You will be able plan and add more efficiency to both the Engineering function and logistics i.e.  cost reductions, customer supply service. Working closely with the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing planned maintenance scheduling and play a key role in developing the engineering strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Production / Operations Management within the manufacturing of juice. You will have an engineering /production background or have built up sufficient knowledge over your experience to understand how to upgrade production. Understanding of modern manufacturing principles and evidence of conceptualising and implementing improvement activity is a key requirement.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to adopt a range of management styles and approaches to get the best out of each individual on site. A commercial awareness with evidence of direct customer interaction and the ability to communicate at all levels
