MANAGING DIRECTOR: Daniel Ranby graduated in Business Management in 2000, with particular studies focusing on business practices within Far East Asia, Managing Director, Daniel Ranby, founded Commercial Consultants UK Ltd in 2005. Daniel has a hands-on approach both with the management of the company and the actual role of consultancy. Through this approach, the company was provided with a platform whereby the possibility of organic growth was made possible. In order to expand, it was realised that without appropriate human resources, growth could not be sustained, hence the recruitment of a quality team was essential. A highly refined and selective process enabled Daniel to recruit high calibre team members for whom loyalty, motivation and commitment are core values. PA & QUALITY MANAGER: Melanie Clare has over 20 years’ high-level experience as a Personal Assistant. Melanie supports the work of the Managing Director and undertakes various roles and responsibilities within the organisation including Health & Safety and Quality Assurance. Her additional areas of expertise are Conference Management and Public Speaking. Melanie is a member of the Institute of Administrative Management and Executive Personal Assistants Society.

Andrew started with an excellent basis and through his persistence and desire to progress he has achieved trust and confidence from both colleagues and clients. His unrivalled understanding of the recruitment/HR business and ability to co-ordinate effectively between client, candidate and our team makes him a very valuable asset.
HUMAN RESOURCES: Alan Wilson has created an additional resource which has enabled CCUK to offer an enhanced service to clients. With his academic background which includes an HR and a Finance degree coupled with nearly 20 years’ experience in the field of HR , he has gained success within Public and Private sectors (including Police, Health, Manufacturing, Service and Retail), helping organisations to align staff with business strategy. Alan provides consultancy in a wide range of matters, however his specialisation is in recruitment and further development at director and senior management level.
Jacky Balkwill has a wealth of experience in the banking sector combined with extensive business experience in both the USA and South Africa. Whilst in South Africa, Jacky successfully ran her own business for 10 years until returning to the UK in 2000. Throughout her career, Jacky has experienced clients and customers from various backgrounds and cultures and applies her skills and enthusiasm to her consultancy role.
Daniel Limbert has 11 years' experience in the sales and marketing sector, Daniel implements his skills to strive for success in every challenge put before him. His positive mental attitude sits at the top of his personal skills and his ambition to succeed not only in work but in life, makes him a valuable addition to the team.
Ross Hillman is a graduate from the University of Worcester with a degree in Business Accountancy and Economics. Having quickly established himself amongst his colleagues, Ross is utilising his competencies gained through studying his BA to enhance his skills in his consultancy position.
