We are seeking a home-based service technician to cover the South West.

The ideal candidate should be qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to ONC or City and Guilds level and preferably have experience in working on Cranes or materials handling equipment. Ideal location is Swindon / M4 corridor.
Duties will include:
• The planned maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of the company’s products on customer sites.
• Accurate and descriptive problem reporting.
• Completion of inspection and examination documentation.
• On call response and emergency call outs on roster.
Candidates will be self-motivated and committed to providing excellent customer service. Computer skills would be an advantage as a company laptop will be provided.
