We are recruiting for an experienced Engineering maintenance manager to lead a team of engineers for a global leading  manufacturing and production site in Dumfries.

We need an experienced maintenance manager that has a strong engineering , maintenance and management  in a fast paced production or manufacturing environment.
The successful engineering maintenance  manager will be responsible for all plant and machinery on site
This will include heavy static plant such as industrial boilers, generators special, purpose machinery,
The ideal maintenance manager will be both electrical and mechanically experienced
As the head of maintenance you will you will be responsible for 20 engineers both electrical and maintenance.
The maintenance manager must have some knowledge of PLC’s as this role will heavily involve automated specialist machinery
The maintenance manager will be responsible for implementing PPM programme
The ideal manager will have experience of Profit and Loss (P and L)
The maintenance manager will have strong managerial skills and will be responsible for organising shifts
This is a very challenging and rewarding role for an experienced  maintenance engineer.
