We are currently recruiting for a Draughtsperson who must have an:

* ONC in electrical/control engineering or other relevant engineering discipline
* Proven experience in related role using AutoCAD.
* Ability to prepare BOMs using centralised computer system.
* Ability to to work on multiple projects with differing requirements at different phases of engineering at the same time.

The successful Draughtsperson will be required to:

* Create and control CAD design drawings and specifications for the projects and products designed within the division, from top level design through to detailed design and standard component selection.
* Assimilate customer specifications for correct material procurement and client design requirements
* Prepare detailed drawings for package cabling, control panels and motor control centre
* Produce electrical, control and instrumentation contract documents
* Control the issue and revision of electrical, control and instrumentation contract documents
* Prepare bills of material and purchase requisitions for electrical, control and instrumentation materials
* Interact and respond to all aspects of Lean Manufacture supporting cost reduction, efficiency, delivery and Quality improvements.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in compliance with company policy to ensure safe working environment
