We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Grinder Operator.
Candidates must be Apprentice trained CNC Grinder and have experience in Surface, Cylindrical - internal & external and Creepfeed grinding and ideally experience in Jones & Shipman or Allen Bradley grinders as well as experience in producing precision components and machining cast components.
Duties:
* Able to work in a variety of materials – mainly Cast Iron, Steel and Aluminium.
* Operate Jones & Shipman and Allen Bradley CNC Grinders in the production of components primarily for machinery for the glass container handling industry.
* Significant Internal & External cylindrical grinding.
* Produce components in batches up to 100.
* Check own work.
This is a permanent role for the CNC Grinder Operator.
